The museum will be built by the Centre for Poor and Disabled Children (Cenforchil) to display toys over the past forty years and toys used by famous people such as statesmen, politicians, and actors.

Cenforchil has collected around 5,000 toys so far for the museum which will offer free entry to visitors.
