The Southeast Asian U19 Football Championship will be held at Thong Nhat stadium in Ho Chi Minh City from September 2-8.
Guest teams from Australia and Uzbekistan will also take part in the tournament.
As a result of the recent withdrawal of Thailand from the event, the Southeast Asian Football Federation (AFF) has invited Iran to replace them.
All teams will be present in Vietnam from August 31 to familiarise themselves with weather conditions and playing fields.
The Vietnamese U19 team will meet with Iran, Australia and Uzbekistan on September 2, 4 and 6, respectively.
