An international seminar to assess the cultural value of the Thang Long Royal Citadel relic site after five years of research will be held from November 24-25 by the Vietnam Institute of Social Sciences.
The seminar will focus on reviewing the results of five-year research, defining the position and role of the Thang Long capital city in the Asian history based on comparative research of other capital cities in regional countries such as Japan, China and the Republic of Korea and considering the importance of the relic site, relative to urban zoning, scenery and culture.
As many as 80 delegates, including 15 international scientists from six countries- Japan, the Republic of Korea, China, France and Italia- are expected to attend the seminar.
