It was announced by event organizers: HCM City Television, Thoi Trang Tre (Youth Fashion) magazine and Cat Tien Sa Advertising Company.

The semi-final round will be held in HCM City on September 4 and the final round in HCM City and Vung Tau from September 6-24.

The final night will take place at Phan Dinh Phung Sports House, HCM City, and will be aired on HTV9.

Contestants will compete in traditional dress (ao dai), swimming suit, evening gown and talent events.

Ten outstanding contestants will be selected during the Q & A session to be finalists and compete for prizes, including two gold cups for male and female winners.
