Under the agreement, the two sides will expand cultural exchanges and further cooperate in photography. VAPA is ready to help its Lao counterpart to train photographers and improve their skills.

During their stay in Vietnam from September 22 to October 2, members of the Lao Photographic Association are visiting Hanoi, the northern provinces of Lao Cai , Ninh Binh and Quang Ninh and the central provinces of Nghe An and Ha Tinh to make a photographic collection of Vietnam.
