Among those present at the function were senior Lao Party and State leaders, Minister and Chairman of the Vietnamese Government’s Committee for Ethnic Minority Affairs Giang Seo Phu, Vietnamese ambassador to Laos Ta Minh Chau and representatives of overseas Vietnamese in Vientiane.

The two countries’ arts schools gave performances imprinted with the ethnic identities of Vietnamese and Lao cultures.
