Vietnam, Japan to jointly produce horror movie

Vietnam will for the first time cooperate with Japan to produce a horror movie about zombies, entitled Gameshow Tu Than (Game Show of Death), which is a remake of famous Japanese horror flick St. Zombie Girls’ High School.

Gameshow Tu Than is directed by famed Japanese director, Kazuhisa Yusa, who is known as a master of visual effects. Some films showcasing his skills include Real Onigokko and Samurai Marathon. Besides working as a director, he was also responsible for editorial work and special effects on St. Zombie Girls College, released in 2017.
Gameshow Tu Than is filmed in many popular Japanese locations, presenting viewers with a range of spectacular scenes. The film, produced by Vietnam’s MBCS Film Studio and released by Galaxy Studio, gathers top young Vietnamese actors like Ngo Kien Huy, Hoang Yen Chibi, Thuy Anh and Katleen Phan Vo.
Gameshow Tu Than is scheduled to hit screens next summer.
