Under the decision, the Foreign Ministry will proceed with diplomatic procedures for approving the agreement as well as informing its effective date to relevant domestic agencies.

The Culture and Information Ministry will be responsible for the implementation of the agreement.

Meanwhile, the Science and Technology Ministry will cooperate with the Culture and Information Ministry, the Foreign Ministry and relevant agencies to establish a joint Vietnam-Israel Science, Technology and Culture and Information Committee in 2007.
