On behalf of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organisations, the Vietnamese Ambassador to Romania Le Manh Hung recently presented the badge “For peace and friendship among nations” to president of the Professional Writers Association of Romania Ogen Uricaru and Prof and Dr C.Chiroparag of the Lasi University.
The award recognised their significant contributions to developing co-operation between the two countries’ Writers’ Associations in training post-graduate Vietnamese students and promoting muutal understanding and relations of friendship and co-operation between Romania and Vietnam.
