Vietnam dominates SEA Vovinam championships
Vietnamese martial artists bagged 11 gold and 11 silver medals, coming first at the 2nd Southeast Asia Vovinam Championships in Siem Reap province, Cambodia.
Cambodia ranked second with four golds, followed by Indonesia , Myanmar and Laos.
The contest was held over two days, drawing the participation of 141 martial artists from five countries in the region.
Vovinam, or traditional martial art of Vietnam, will appear at the 27th SEA Games in Myanmar later this year.
