This was the first annual seminar held in Vietnam as part of a Danish-funded project entitled “Dialogue between cultural managers and policymakers” that runs from 2006-2010.

The two-day seminar drew Vietnamese and Danish cultural managers, policymakers and leaders from art troupes and cultural-artistic colleges to share experiences in developing cultural policies.
