• Vietnam enters semi-finals of regional futsal champs

Hoang Giang and Thanh Dat scored the first two goals for Vietnam in the first minutes of the match before their Malaysian rivals leveled the scoring in the 10^th and 15^th minutes.

Coached by Gergio Gargelli, the Vietnamese squad sticked to the pressing tactics and earned five more goals to easily win the match with a score of 7-2.

With 12 points after four glorious matches, Vietnam now leads Group A ahead of Malaysia, Cambodia, Myanmar and the Philippines.

Vietnam will meet Indonesia in the semi-finals.
