A week dedicated to Vietnamese culture will begin in the Republic of Korea (RoK) from November 10 with a show of 14 musical performances by Vietnamese artists.
Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Hoang Tuan Anh said the event aims to bolster Vietnam-RoK ties.
The culture week, in celebration of the 15th anniversary of Vietnam-RoK diplomatic relations must be designed to help the people of the RoK better understand the culture of Vietnam.
Among the pieces presented at the opening ceremony will be three RoK songs and symphonies. During the week there will be a get-together of Vietnamese brides and workers living in the RoK.
A similar RoK culture week will be held in Vietnam in late November.
