Present at the ceremony were Cambodia’s Deputy Prime Minister cum Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Hor Namhong, and Deputy Prime Minister cum Minister of Defense Tia Banh, and representatives from foreign embassies in the Cambodian capital.

The Vietnam culture week running from August 28 to September 1 attracted nearly 3,000 Cambodian people and overseas Vietnamese living in Phnom Penh. Art performances during the culture week left deep impressions on the audiences.
