The Prime Minister also approved the use of State budget to buy a house in France for the centre.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism was assigned to coordinate with the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Home Affairs to define the centre’s functions, tasks and organisational structure.

The ministries were also asked to devise a plan on establishing similar centres in other countries for the 2007-2010 period to submit to the Prime Minister.
