A live television link entitled “Reunion Spring” between Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Nghe An and China’s Nanning province will be launched by VTC at 6 pm on January 6 on the eve of the Lunar New Year Festival.
This is the second year that VTC and the television of Nanning province have jointly held a live television link.
TV audiences will have a chance to watch images of cultural exchanges between Vietnam and China, as well as socio-economic achievements, habits and customs, the land and people of the two neighbouring countries.
They will see the participation of Minister of Information and Communications Le Doan Hop, historian Duong Trung Quoc, Prof. Ha Dinh Duc, artist Chi Trung, singer Ngoc Khue and painter Ly Khac Nhu.
In addition, relatives of Nguyen Son (1908-1956) who doubled as general of both Vietnam and China will bring moved stories to the audience.
