A three-year cooperation programme will be set up under the deal signed by Vietnamese Minister of Culture and Information Le Doan Hop and Hong Kong Secretary for Home Affairs Hezhi Ping. This programme covers cultural and art exchange activities in fields like music, fine arts, exhibition and artistic performance.
