The fair opened on May 15 with the participation of representatives of 54 countries worldwide. 

On the first day of the fair, two Vietnamese stands put up by the Vietnamese Embassy in Mexico City, attracted a lot of visitors. 

During the fair, there will be 100 different cultural activities, including seminars, film screening and exchanges. 

The fair, held for the first time in 2009, is to tighten friendship between different cultures in the world. This year’s event is expected to attract 1 million visitors.
