Vestiges of an ancient village dating back to some 2,700 years, have been discovered in Van Ninh district in the central coastal province of Khanh Hoa . 

After an one-month excavation in an area of 500 sq.m, archaeologists found hundreds of objects, including pieces of pottery, tombs, stone axes and rock crystal Linga. 

The subjects are believed to belong to the Sa Huynh Culture

The excavation is scheduled to last until November this year.
