The 37th contest, themed "Writing a letter to someone to tell them why the world is in need of tolerance", is open to all Vietnamese students below the age of 15.

Nine prizes and 30 consolation prizes will be handed out to individuals at a ceremony slated for June 2008. The first place winner will be presented with VND5 million.
