A free concert of friendship will be given by well-known Argentine violinist Pablo Saravis and pianist Ines Sabatini at the Hanoi Opera House on November 1.

Beside well-known songs from Argentina and the world, the two artists will also play a piano-violin duet of “Mien Nam que huong toi” written by Vietnamese composer Huy Du.

The two artists performing in Vietnam have been honoured with many awards. In particular, violinist Pablo Saravi won a special prize from the USA Music Council and the Konex prize, one of the most prestigious prizes for classical music in Argentina in the 1990s.

As a founder of the World Orchestra for Peace, Pablo Saravi has performed in many European and Asian countries.

The concert is co-organised by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Argentine Embassy in Hanoi to celebrate the 35th anniversary of Vietnam-Argentina diplomatic relations.
