Beside the crown, Quynh was awarded VND50 million after successfully beating 19 other candidates in the final round of the Miss Sport Vietnam 2007 pageant contest.

Pham Tam Thanh from northern mountainous Tuyen Quang province was the first runner-up and Tran Thi Minh Nhung from central Nghe An province came third.

Cao Thi Phuong Lan from central Quang Binh province was named Miss Tourism for having the most beautiful face and traditional long dress.

The organizing board also presented special prizes to Nguyen Anh Thu from Hanoi for the most attractive figure, Tran Thi Quynh for winning the Q&A session, Nguyen Thi Hong Diep from Hanoi for wearing the most fashionable sports wear and Cao Thuy Duong from northern Yen Bai province for being the best athlete.
