A training course opened in Hanoi on August 24 to provide comprehensive knowledge about the Asian-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum, Vietnam’s accession to APEC as well as the country's development after joining the forum.
Target learners of the course were Vietnamese and foreign students from universities and colleges in Hanoi, staff members of foreign embassies and international organisations, and foreign businesspersons working in the city.
The training course has been organised by the Hanoi Union of Friendship Organisations and the APEC Vietnam 2006 secretariat.
