The final round of the 2011 Sao Mai music contest took place in the central province of Thua Thien-Hue on September 4.
There of the nine contestants in light music, chamber music, and folk music won first prize – Doan Thi Thuy Trang (Hanoi), Dao Thi To Loan (Hanoi), and Luong Nguyet Anh (Bac Giang).
The judgement panelists were very impressed by Trang’s natural and youthful style of performance.
