The Japanese Business Association in HCM City (JBAH), in collaboration with the Japan Business Federation (Keidanren), awarded 90 scholarships to disadvantaged university students in the city.
Forty-five students from HCM City University of Social Sciences and Humanities and another 45 from HCM City University of Technology were given scholarships worth VND2 million (more than US$100) for their academic records.
”Students who received scholarships have worked very hard,” said Chairman of the Japan -Vietnam Economic Committee of Keidanren Susumu Kato.
