Sri Lanka’s Dance Group Channa-Upuli comprising 12 artists will give their sole performance in Hanoi on March 14 to mark the 35th anniversary of Vietnam-Sri Lanka diplomatic relations, announced the Department of Performing Arts.

Hanoi residents will be offered an opportunity to watch traditional and other unique dances such as Nagagurulu, Thelme, Elephant, and Drum Aspiration. 

Channa-Upuli Arts Group was founded in 1998 and has a special focus on the genres of traditional dance and modern ballet. The group has been selected to perform at the Asian Games to be held in Qatar.
