Seventh international photo contest launched
(VOV) - The Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists (VAPA) launched its seventh international photo contest in Hanoi on May 30.
Apart from the opportunity to enjoy art produced by some of the world’s leading photographers, the competition also aims to promote Vietnam’s image, culture, and people internationally.
This year’s contest includes the categories for freedom, nature, travel, and portraiture. Entries can be directly submitted on the website www.contestvn2013.com or via the email address contestvn2013@gmail.com.

Submissions are open from May 30 to August 31, 2013.
The awards ceremony and the opening ceremony of the resulting exhibition will take place in Hanoi in late November 2013.
The contest’s launch coincides with the opening of the “Colours of Vietnam’s Ethnic Groups” competition.
