The second Vietnamese-Japanese haiku contest was launched by the Japanese General Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City on July 24.
Haiku, a popular Japanese verse form, will be written by the two countries’ poetry lovers in both Vietnamese and Japanese languages.
Contestants will send their works to the Japanese General Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City from now till September 1.
The contest’s results are scheduled to be announced on November 15.
