Gourmet lovers are welcome to enjoy special dishes with the natural flavours of northern mountainous areas during the Sapa Culinary Week, being held at the Sofitel Metropole Hotel in Hanoi.

On the occasion, head chef Didier Corlou will present his book entitled “Highland cuisine” introducing his dishes using the spices of the northern mountain areas.

Sofitel Metropole will also exhibit a Sapa photo collection, including 20 portraits of ethnic minority girls taken by photographer Dam Duc Vu.

The event will run until March 21.
