The centre will help introduce the RoK's culture to the Vietnamese people and further promote cultural and art exchanges between the two countries, which share various similarities in history and culture.

The centre is designed as a venue for cultural exchange programmes and exhibitions, as well as a source of information and documents about the land and people of the RoK.
