Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Huynh Vinh Ai said 12 art troupes from the three countries will join in a 60-70-minute programme promoting their unique traditional and contemporary cultures, as well as the traditional friendship between them.

The programme marks Vietnamese War Invalids and Fallen Soldiers’ Day (July 27) for which the art troupes offered incense at the Quang Tri ancient citadel on July 22.
