Over 100 photos and documents about the late President Ho Chi Minh during his work in northern Thai Nguyen province are on display at an exhibition which opened at Diem Mac commune, Dinh Hoa district, Thai Nguyen province on May 12.

Among the exhibits, many featured the period when President Ho lived at the former Viet Bac Revolutionary Base to lead the resistance war against the French colonialists in 1947-1954, President Ho with ethnic groups in Thai Nguyen province, and Thai Nguyen province in the process of renewal and construction.

The exhibition was held to mark the 117th anniversary of the birth of President Ho, the Thai Nguyen National Tourism Year 2007, and the 60th anniversary of the day President Ho, the Party and the Government moved to Dinh Hoa safety zone to lead the resistance war against the French colonialists.
