The photos, taken by Japanese photographer Teruyo Iwahori, illustrate the flowers blossoming from different angles. Notably, they are processed on a type of ancient Japanese paper.
Teruyo Iwahori has planned to sell several of her works and the proceeds will be used to support Vietnamese children with disabilities.
The exhibition is part of activities to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the establishment of the diplomatic ties between Vietnam and Japan this year. It will run through to April 24.
This is the second time the female Japanese photographer has displayed her works in Vietnam. Five years ago, a photo exhibition on the Vietnamese land and people was held in Hanoi and Hue.
Over the past three years, she has traveled throughout Vietnam to take approximately 10,000 photos of Vietnamese land and people.
