The “Golden Hands” by Tran Dich from central Quang Nam province bagged the silver and bronze medals, while “Information yesterday and nowadays” by Nguyen Ngoc Tram from central highland Gia Lai province and “Painting Art” by Vo Minh Luong from Mekong Delta Can Tho City both won the bronze medal.

The stamp exhibition, the 21^st of its kind so far, received over 1,000 collections from 24 countries and territories in the Asia-Pacific, Australia and Africa.
