Twenty five of 50 photos are expected to help Hanoi people further understand the European culture in general and Mozart’s opera “The Magic Flute” in particular.

The Embassy of Austria, in cooperation with Citygroup Vietnam opened a painting exhibition in Hanoi on September 14 to introduce Mozart’s daily life in Vienna on the occasion of his 250th birth anniversary.

The exhibition portrays Mozart’s daily life in the light of photographic arts.

Austrian Ambassador to Vietnam Johannes Peterlik said the photo collection on Mozart’s life will bring him closer to Vietnamese art lovers. The exhibition and the debut of Mozart’s opera “The Magic Flute” presented by Vietnamese artists marked an important contribution to strengthening Vietnam-Austria relations.
