The Government Office sent a letter of thanks to Paula Mary Shugart, President of the contest’s organising committee for giving Vietnam the opportunity of hosting one of the world’s largest beauty events.

Doan Kim Hong, Chairwoman of CIAT Advertising Company, an affiliate of the Vietnamese partner’s organising committee, Universe Company, will travel to the US in early October to discuss event preparations with the organising board.

The Universe Company has agreed to build a 7,500-seat stage in the Song Lo tourism complex. The stage and other infrastructure facilities are expected to be completed by mid-April next year.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Khanh Hoa People’s Committee will establish a steering committee for the event.
