The cake contains different kinds of stuffings which are characteristic of the three regions.

The cooking process will start at 4pm on Lunar December 29, one day before New Year’s Eve or on January 5, 2008. A ceremony of fishing the cake out of a large pot will be held at 7pm on the same day and then it will be served to tourists and locals.

The hotel will also organize traditional games on the coast and a buffet named “Vietnamese delicious food”, including square and cylindric glutinous rice cakes, rice pancakes folded in half and spring rolls, in its garden from January 1-4 to welcome in the Lunar New Year Festival (Tet).
