National springboard championships begin
(VOV) - The 2012 National Springboard Diving Championships kicked off at the Aquatic Sports Palace in the My Dinh National Sports Complex in Hanoi on October 20.
The event drew 30 of the best divers from five teams in Hanoi, Haiphong and Ho Chi Minh City who will be competing for 10 sets of medals in singles and doubles hard and soft springboard events for both men and women.
The four-day championships aim to help local athletes improve their professional skills and also select the best divers to join the national team.
