Under the action programme, the five Central Highlands provinces are required to build archives to keep documents, files, record files, graphics, and photos for research and preservation of the unique cultural heritage.
They are asked to continue collecting chieng compositions, performances and other cultural and musical activities by local artists and run training courses for local researchers to compile text books for culture and arts colleges across the country.
The Ministry of Culture and Information will create favourable conditions for the Cultural Heritage Agency, the Institute of Culture and Information, and Departments of Culture and Information in the five Central Highlands provinces to form a scientific council to preserve and promote Cong Chieng cultural values.
