The festival includes three parts: Ngu Dao Group setting out from the Royal Palace to Nam Giao Ceremony Platform, a heaven-worshipping ceremony and the group returning to Ngo Mon.

Earlier, a seminar entitled “700 years of Thuan Hoa-Phu Xuan-Thua Thien-Hue” was held with the participation of hundreds of representatives and scientists. The seminar reviewed the 700-year history of Thuan Hoa-Phu Xuan-Thua Thien-Hue and proposed development policies for the cultural land at present and in the future.
