Head of the Cinematography Department, Lai Van Sinh said on October 27 that the festival will attract around 113 films, including 25 celluloid films, 9 video films, 53 documentaries, 9 scientific films and 17 cartoons.

Nam Dinh province has completed the necessary preparatory work for the festival, said the Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Tran Minh Oanh.

The province has invested nearly VND20 billion in building a student cinematography centre with 500 seats, upgrading cinemas and motion picture equipment and other relevant works.
