The man, who has managed the French cultural centre since he first began working in Vietnam in 2005, was bestowed a medal by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism at the National Library.

The cultural attaché is known for the creative spirit he has fostered in the cultural exchange between the two countries and the innovative projects he has introduced at L’Espace.

He has organised more than 100 cultural events between France and Vietnam every year and has participated in several conferences to promote cultural cooperation between France and Vietnam.
