Present at the ceremony were Vu Van Hien, chairman of the Vietnam-Venezuela Friendship and Co-operation Association, Vu Xuan Hong, President of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations and Vietnamese Ambassador to Venezuela Tran Thanh Huan as well as representatives from Venezuelan organizations.

Speakers praised the life and revolutionary career of late President Ho Chi Minh who devoted his whole life to the struggles for national liberation, independence, peace, democracy and social progress.
