A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was recently signed by Director of the Khammuon provincial Department of Culture and Information Bunpon Xengmani and his Vietnamese counterpart Le Hung Phi.

Under the MoU, the two provinces will promote their exchange of experiences in information and culture. Quang Binh will help Khammuon train officers and share its experiences in building the so-called cultural families and villages.

They will take turns organising artistic exchanges and musical performances annually.
