Apart from foreign guests, the event will draw artists from southern Binh Phuoc province, Central Highland Dak Lak province, Military Zone 4, the border guard force, and central Quang Tri province, as well as from the Thang Long Opera Theatre and the Lam Son Opera Theatre.

There will be a mix of music and singing performances and new items which have not yet been presented at domestic and international contests.
