The event will include a parade, traditional performances, a flower arranging contest, a procession of flower-decorated vehicles, youth camps and sports competitions.

To commemorate the 35^th anniversary of the city’s Liberation Day and observe Earth Hour 2010, the whole city will switch the lights off from 8.30pm to 9.30pm pm March 27.
