Hoang Nam becomes runner-up of Coffee Bowl tennis tourney
(VOV) -Duo Ly Hoang Nam of Vietnam and Andrzejczuk of Poland failed to claim victory at the Coffee Bowl tennis tourney for young players in Costa Rica after being narrowly defeated in a Tiebreak match.
The two players (seeded No2) did not manage to beat strong opponents Alvarez/Coutinho (seeded No3) in the finals although they trounced No1 , 4 and 6 seeds.

In their first set, Hoang Nam/Andrzejczuk were trounced 3-6, they then held draw after winning 6-4 in the second set. In the Tiebreak match, Hoang Nam/Andrzejczuk lost 7-10 to Alvarez/Coutinho, who were crowned champions.
With his outstanding performance at the Coffee Bowl tourney, Nam earned more points to increase his position on the International Tennis Federation (ITF)’s ratings.
As scheduled, Ly Hoang Nam and his coach Tran Duc Quynh will fly to Venezuela to join the Copa Gatorade tournament.
