The 24-year-old beauty is a student of multimedia design at RMIT International University in Vietnam.

My received a letter of invitation from the Miss World organisation on June 27, and Elite, the only international model agency in Vietnam that is entitled to send contestants to beauty queen competitions, has got an approval from the Performing Arts Department.

My is training hard for the competition. She is expected to shine at the event’s Miss Sport, as the beauty has taken part in various sport events.

My represented Vietnam at Miss Universe 2011 in Brazil, but failed to enter the final round.
