The festival will attract 21 renowned international restaurants and hotels, representing for cuisine of 16 countries. The event aims to promote traditional cuisine, music and costumes of the participating countries to international friends.
A special guest – the Republic of Korea – will bring attractive activities such as a photo exhibition of traditional Korean dishes, the performance of the cooking art Dea Jang Gum and traditional art performances.
During the festival, there will also be other special events such as making Vietnam’s record grilled pork on the skewer which will be 10m long, making a Vietnamese flag from Sushi, a cooking talent contest and a seminar on Vietnamese cuisine and culture.
