The festival will feature famous singers from Thailand, Laos, Myanmar, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Brunei, Vietnam and four guest teams of Television and Broadcast Stations from Guangxi, Beijing (China), Republic of Korea (RoK) and Bulgaria.

All shows will be broadcast live on HTV9 and other television channels of participating countries.

Twenty-two singers from 11 countries will each perform a folk song in their own language and a pop song in English.

Vietnam’s representatives at the event include Honoured Artist Hong Ngat, Ngoc Anh and Minh Quan.

This is the first festival of its kind coordinated by Radio the Voice of Vietnam, HCM City Television, Cat Tien Sa Company and the Asia Pacific Broadcasting Union (ABU).
